Google iCloud is a cloud storage and cloud computing service that provides users with a virtual place to store their data. The service can be accessed by any device with an internet connection, making it an ideal solution for users who want to keep their data safe and secure. iCloud also offers a variety of other features, such as the ability to share data with other users and to sync data across devices.

To ensure the utmost security of your data, however, Apple only assigns you a username and password upon sign-up. If you lose this information, you’ll find it extremely difficult to retrieve your account. However, there are a few ways that you can get into your iCloud account if you have lost the password or if someone has stolen it. In this post, we’ll look at a few iCloud password recovery tools that will help you get back into your account quickly and easily.
If you’ve secured your Google iCloud account with two-factor authentication, it will be a bit more difficult to get into if you forget your password. When this is the case, you’ll need to supply additional verification to get into your account, such as a code sent to your phone.
If you haven’t secured your account with two-factor authentication or if you’ve simply forgotten your password, it’s a bit easier to get back into your account. All you need to do is update your account information, including your contact information, a new password and other details. After that, a verification code will be sent to your registered device to verify that you’re the account owner.
However, if you don’t have access to that device either — for instance, you’ve sold or thrown out the device or the device has been stolen — then you might find yourself locked out of your account. In this situation, you won’t be able to update your password or other details, and you might even find that Apple has blocked your account for security reasons.
This is when it becomes important to get in touch with someone you know at Apple or to use a password recovery tool to help you regain access to your account.
Of course, if you’re a business owner, it might be a bit easier to get in touch with someone at Apple if you need assistance with your iCloud account. However, as an individual, there are three tools you can use to help recover your password or other details:
The iCloud password recovery tool from iMyFone (free trial or $39. iMyFone Lockbox for iCloud – Recover Access to Locked Apple Accounts instantly
The Apple ID Password Reset Tool from Google (free)
If you’re a Mac or iOS user, you’re probably fairly comfortable using the Apple Support app (formerly known as the Find My iPhone app). After all, it’s where you go to manage your devices and help others locate a lost device.
But did you know that you can also log in to your Google iCloud account and have a look around to see what’s available — or unavailable, as the case may be? After you sign in, you’ll be able to see locked items and find out more information about them, including when they were last updated.
If you don’t have access to any of the devices that are associated with your account, this is a great tool for finding out if one of them is holding important data that you need to access. For example, you might be trying to get into a notebook or presentation file that’s only available on a forgotten device.
To get started, open the Support app and click Lost or Stolen on the My Devices tab. Then, enter your iCloud email address in the box labeled “Contact a Lost Device’s Owner” and click Continue. You’ll then see a list of all your missing devices. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you won’t be able to sign in to the device or access any of its content.
If you need to unlock an Google iCloud account (for any reason), iMyFone has three great products that can help, depending on your situation.
If you can access one of the associated devices, you can use iMyFone iOS Manager (also available from the iTunes store for free) to have the app find and transfer all relevant data from an old iPhone to a new one. This is a great way to get all of your contacts, emails, and more onto a new device in seconds!
If you’ve forgotten your password or are having trouble accessing your account for some other reason, you might need to unlock it. iMyFone iCloud Password Unlock is a great tool for doing just that, and it’s one of the few tools out there that can actually reset your security questions—which is a must if you’ve never changed them! This software comes in Windows and Mac versions, and you can try the Mac version for 30 days before purchasing.
If you need to restore your entire account (for example, if it was accidentally deleted), iMyFone iOS Data Recovery is your best bet. This great tool can recover data from any iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, and it can also recover files from iTunes and iCloud backup files. And, as an extra bonus, it can also extract data from damaged iTunes and iCloud backup files! This software comes in Windows and Mac versions, and you can try the Mac version for 30 days before purchasing.

If someone else has lost or stolen your iPhone, you’ll want to lock it down. Here’s how to do that!
Tap the Cloud icon on the bottom bar to access Settings. If you don’t see it, go to General>About and look for the version number (beginning with 7).
Go to Find My iPhone and slide Lost Mode to “On.
A screen will appear with two options: “Change Password” or “Remove From My Lost List.” If the iPhone hasn’t been found, click Change Password.
When you’re done, the iPhone will be locked and ask for a phone number to help the owner contact you. After entering a valid phone number, you’re done!
If the iPhone is found, however, click Remove From My Lost List. A message will appear asking the finder to contact you via the phone number you entered. After doing so, they can unlock the iPhone and remove you from the list of owners!
How to reset an iPhone to factory settings
If your iPhone is damaged or just having problems, you can restore it to its factory settings without erasing your data — but first, you need to unlock your screen password! After that’s done, follow these steps:
1. Go to the General section of Settings.
You can also access the General section by tapping About on the bottom bar.
2. Select Reset.
The items in the Reset section will change depending on whether your iPhone is locked or not. However, you should see an option called “Delete All Content and Settings.” Tap this to begin the process.
3. Enter a passcode if prompted.
After selecting the option above, you will be asked to enter a four-digit passcode. If you don’t have one set, you’ll need to do so before continuing.
4. Review your options!
You have two choices: “Reset All Settings” and “Erase All Content and Settings.” The first one will reset your wallpaper, resettle your apps and other settings but keep your data — perfect if your iPhone is frozen or isn’t working right. The second will erase everything, including your apps, saved data and settings!
5. Finally, “Erase All Content and Settings.”
This will erase everything from your iPhone including your photos, videos, apps and even your keypad entries! Be careful using this option if you have any data you wish to keep.
Unfortunately, tragedies happen — and if they do, you might be able to recover some of the data from your iPhone. For example, if the screen is smashed but the device is still working, you can use iTunes on your computer to backup your iPhone. Here’s how:
1. Connect your iPhone to your computer using the included USB cable.
You should see a notification on your iPhone asking if you want to “Trust This Computer?” If so, select “Trust.” If not, click the iTunes icon on your device and select “Trust This Computer.”
2. Select “iPhone” from the menu on the left in iTunes.
You can also select “Encrypt iPhone Backup” if you’re worried about someone else accessing your data if your iPhone is stolen or lost.
3. Select “Backup” from the menu on the right.
By default, this is set to Automatically. If you’d like to set a specific time or change other backup settings, you can do so by selecting this menu option.
4. Make sure “Encrypt iPhone Backup” is selected and click “Back Up Now.”
That’s all there is to it! You can also select this option to restore data from a previous backup if needed. Just plug your iPhone in, select “iPhone” from the left-hand menu in iTunes and select “Restore” from the right-hand menu. If you didn’t save a backup previously, this won’t help you — so remember to make backups whenever you can!
It’s important to realize that when you backup your iPhone, you’re saving a copy of your data on your computer. If anything happens to your iPhone (such as theft or damage), you could quickly restore your apps, emails, contacts, photos and more to a new device. Similarly, if you get a new iPhone and would like to move your old apps to a fresh screen, you can do so by restoring your backup.
You can also use iTunes to set up a new iPhone from scratch or to transfer your old iPhone data to a new Samsung Galaxy S10+. Of course, you can also transfer your iPhone data to a new device using a cable or through Wi-Fi, but we’ll go into more detail about those methods later in this series.
ITunes is a software program developed by Apple. It’s used to manage and organize your data such as audio and video files, contacts, emails, iPhone backups, app data and more. You’ll need to use iTunes to set up your iPhone from scratch, transfer your old iPhone data to a new device or restore your backup if you lose your phone or it gets stolen or damaged.
Using iTunes, you can sync your calendar, contacts, mail and notes from a Mac computer to your iPhone. You can also use it to add content to your iPhone such as music, videos and movies that you bought from Apple. iTunes will then sync those items to your iPhone automatically.
You can also use iTunes to send text messages from your computer if you’re in a situation where you can’t type (such as a concert or a sports event where you need to stay quiet). Click on “Preferences” in the bottom-left corner of the window and click on the “Enable remote-control pop-ups” box to enable this feature. Then click on “ Send a New Message.” A window will pop up for you to type your message and send it to the recipient’s phone.
You can also use iTunes to repair or restore your iPhone using backup data, install new software, check for updates and more. To access these options, click on the “iPhone” button in the top-left corner of the iTunes window. A variety of tools are available to help you manage and maintain your iPhone in this panel.
